Method 1: Through PTCL’s Website / Bill Portal

  1. Go to PTCL’s official bill inquiry page. 

  2. Choose Landline / Vfone Postpaid (or the relevant service). 

  3. Enter your area code and telephone number or your Account ID. 

  4. View your bill, including a full breakdown of charges. 

Method 2: PTCL Duplicate Bill (Dbill)

  • Visit dbill.ptcl.net.pk. 

  • Input your phone number (without area code) and Account ID.

  • Download or print the PDF duplicate. 

Method 3: SMS Request

  • Send an SMS to 90179 with the format: Bill <space> PSTN# (e.g. “Bill 0421234567”)

  • You’ll receive a link to view your duplicate bill. 

Method 4: PTCL Touch Mobile App

  • Download PTCL Touch from App Store / Google Play

  • Log in using your credentials, and add your Account ID
