Before you hand over, it helps to appreciate our mission. Here’s what we need to be straightforward about:

We don’t create utility bills. Your bill drops in from your electricity, gas, or water company—not from us.

We can’t qualify the bill quantities. If there’s an error in your charges, you’ll need to contact your utility provider straightaway. They’re the only ones who can prepare billing.

We don’t control perceptive information. No CNICs, no payment details, no personal billing data. We don’t need it, don’t want it, and don’t collect it.

We don’t operate payments. Pay your bills through official channels—banks, Bill apps, or lawful collection points.

All the bills you see on our website come directly from official utility and government portals. We’re just making them susceptible to finding. If your bill shows wrong information, the utility company that issued it is the expert to contact for amendments.
